"Far too many times I have ordered the Nook of the Day and gotten stalled without completion. I was told that it's possible too many orders were slowing the system. If I found time to attend to the order again, it might happen as it should, or remain stalled, and sometimes I forgot to return. I'm not sitting at my computer all day with nothing else to attend. I may be retired, but I do have very active and involved days and weeks, with much more commitment than to be a computer vegetable. Other than that clog in time, this is a great means to trying new reading matter, and deciding sometimes to add a paper/hard copy title, as I much prefer "paper" in my hands. "

"The store is not reliable and they are not accountable for their mistakes. I was supposed to get a book within 3-6 business days - I've got it after 8 days. When I've called them the customer service personal said that the only thing he can do is to offer me a refund. Because I needed the book urgently for a course I'm taking I had no choice but to drive 1 1/2 hours each side to get the book from another place. After a few days when I notice that I didn't get the refund, I've called them again, at that time I was told that They're not going to refund me and that if I want a refund I should contact their books distributor "Market Place"... I spoke with a supervisor and told her that since I bought the book from them I think they should take the responsibility not someone else but it was in vain. "
