Now they want to refund my money so I can repurchase but I used a promotional code that saved me 20% and is no longer active I am disgusted with the Cust Service and lack of help. Customer service has been great and quick to refund a purchase that I made twice the same book by accident. When traveling, I can use a public WiFi and download another book when needed.

"The prices tend to be higher and the selection narrower than Amazon. Still, I did find a gem of a book that competitors no longer had, and with a coupon code the price was reasonable. I took advantage of their 2 month membership trial to get "express shipping". What a joke. I order the book on a Wednesday; it was two towns away by thursday night. Not bad. It didn't arrive at my door Friday. Ok. Didn't arrive Saturday. To be expected. Not there on Monday. So I checked my tracking number; it wasn't scheduled to arrive until Tuesday. So, Tuesday roles around. No book. Finally, on Wednesday, a full week after ordering, it arrived. In that time I made two orders with Amazon that all arrived within two days (using prime).

Also, their order tracking page is terrible. I could barely find my way around, using far too many clicks. When I finally figured out how to get a tracking number, it wasn't a link and it had no information about which service it was sent by. Great. Very useful. Fortunately, I know what a UPS number looks like. Others might not.

I would probably only order something again if another site didn't have it, or if I happened across a good coupon code."
