"My experience with placing my first order was very positive. B&N described the merchandise nicely on their website. For my first order, I purchased two items and qualified for free shipping. The next morning B&N notified me that part of my order had shipped, and that same afternoon or evening I was notified that the balance of my order had shipped. My daughter contacted me a couple of days later to tell me that the shipment had arrived. I was very pleased with the way this order was processed.
