"I ordered a book from B&N, delivery tracking was 10/29/12. Did not arrive, tracking showed out for delivery in a town 35 miles from me. Sent email, asked for live chat, said "too busy, try later", will get back to me in 12-24 hrs. No response. On 10/31, sent another email, same response, 12-24 hours to get back to me. Not acceptable. Order from Amazon!!"
