"I ordered a External Firewire 80 gig hard drive for my laptop. When I received my drive I noticed that the cable did not fit, and upon returning to the customer service portion of the website I noticed a warning that an additional cable would be needed for laptops. The cable was only $10, but it would have been more considerate to put this warning by the actual product (I could have ordered both at the same time instead of waiting). Other than this I received everything in a timely manner and in good condition."
