"I am not happy at all with Battery depot. They had 3 replacement batteries listed for my computer. I picked the top line battery they had to offer. It would not charge in my computer, even with a replacement charger. I returned the battery which they said works fine on their tester (which is not a computer). I was more than willing to try a replacement battery and spent close to 2 weeks exchanging emails with them to get a replacement, even one of the other two. Batt Depot kept insisting that I take a refund. In the end I accepted the refund, I did not get a complete refund. Their idea of fixing the issues is to rip off the customer."

Have to fill out RMA form and then wait up to three days for a response. Then I have to ship back at my expense. Have to wait up to thirty days for a replacement. They will not ship replacement until all this is completed. Start new job on Monday. Oh, and when I called only one person there in the whole department. ( Barely spoke English )No supervisor. Do yourself a favor and deal with a reputable company. Aggravation and time not worth the savings."

You didn't send me the survey on my previous purchase, too bad, because I was also totally blown away by the professional way that was handled too!
I have made several purchases from Battery Depot, and aside from pricing that apparenly NO ONE on the internet can touch, delivery has been fenomonal, (usually Courrier, sometimes mail) one delivery came in only 2 days, unheard off. Last delivery took a little longer, perhaps because of a week-end in the midle.
Mostly I purchase batteries and/or power supplies for my cameras, laptops or netbooks, haven't been disappointed yet. Great Service...
