I placed my order in the evening of Monday June 18 and by 11:45 am on Wednesday June 20 I had my Netbook battery in hand.. Seeing that BattDepot is located in Richmond BC and I'm in Woodstock Ontario, that was incredible..

"The ordering process quick and easy. Received my order well ahead of the anticipated delivery time. Very pleased. I did however have a problem with the battery, as it did not seem to want to charge. I tried twice over a two day period. I telephoned BattDepot for some help. I only got voicemail as no support was available. I left a brief message informing them of my circumstance and requested a call back. It is now 5 days later and I still have not received a call. Very poor service!! In the mean time I managed to figure out the problem myself."

"Great - easy to use and a delivered fine. The battery charger does not have a charge indicator so that was disappointing. As well the charge on the batteries do not last as long as the certified canon batteries."
"Overall I was very pleased, they acknowledged my order right away and notified me as soon as it was shipped, complete with a tracking number. I have two suggestions for them in regard to their order page: 1) make it easy for the user to delete an unwanted item from the order. I accidently ended up with 2 of the same item and the only way I could delete one was to leave the site completely and then re-enter the site and redo my order. 2) Identify the shipper on the order form. When using any shipper other than Canada Post in our town an alternate shipping address is almost always required. I found out who the shipper was after the order was sent and it was too late to change the delivery address."
