"Quick shipping (i.e. they shipped it out quickly). The battery I received for my Macbook doesn't actually appear to be a 5000mAh battery as per the quoted specs. It's actually a 4800mAh according to the system profiler. Also it doesn't match the color of the white macbook and the protective plastic (for shipping) did not peel off very well and required label remover.
Quality of the main product I purchased is somewhat questionable. We'll see if I have to use the warranty."

I had tried to order from Dell only to become frustrated because they were only interested in trying to sell a new computer and informed me that the battery was not available. When I gave them tthe information of where the battery could be purchased I was informed it would cause issues with the computer, none of which was true.
