"Strange outfit that does not communicate with clients under any circumstance. On a previous order I was impressed by prompt delivery and quality of merchandise and emailed them to say thanks. They never even acknowledged the compliments. On this latest order, I had a problem with their credit card system. They never replied to my email and I had to find the solution by myself a few days later with help from PayPal FAQs. Order was delivered next day, goods were a bit substandard but OK as price is lowest in Canada."

Delivery has always been 2-3 days delivery time from B.C. to New Brunswick. AWESOME! The product quality meets or exceeds National brand. In fact I purchased a replacement laptop battery for my Dell and thought for the price I should buy 2 which actually was cheaper than 1 from Dell .....and much to my surprise I have not used the second battery yet.
