Before placing the order I made an online query because there was some doubt about the compatibility of the replacement adapter and battery that I was considering. Judging by the response I received it appeared that the customer service rep either did not take the time to read or did not comprehend my questions. Foolishly, I went ahead and placed my order anyway. I won't make the same mistake twice!"
