"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Probably the worst online ordering service, scratch that total service of all time. Placed an order, called and left a message to cancel it AND sent an email. Tried calling the morning of the processing to cancel, called 25 times, no answer. Now after returning the battery they take 3 weeks to process the return. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM BATTDEPOT!"

"I am very dissatisfied with the product and service from BattDepot. I purchased a laptop battery, and several times during normal use my computer lost power and shut off while the battery was still charged. The first few times I was able to turn my computer back on, but within a month it would not turn on again (even when connected to a charger). I had to remove the battery in order to turn on my computer while connected to a charger. In order to replace the battery which is under warranty, I have to pay to have the defective product shipped back to BattDepot. I'm extremely frustrated that I have to pay extra just to receive a working product. A BattDepot representative stated in a forum online that if the battery is indeed found to be defective, the shipping cost will be refunded to me. I called BattDepot to make sure that this was true, and was told that this was the case but the decision as to whether or not my shipping costs would be refunded would be based on "other factors." I asked for an email detailing exactly what would determine if my shipping costs were refunded, and I was told I would receive one. I never received an email, so I emailed BattDepot asking again for the information. I was told in response that there was in fact no chance that I would receive a refund for the shipping costs I had to pay just to exchange their defective product for a working battery. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this shady company due to poor customer service, a ridiculous exchange policy, and of course the poor quality of their products."

"The absolute worst customer service I have had in years. I was hung up on for asking for a manager. My battery was DOA and had to endure a long proccess of having to leave messages with no one returning my phone calls, rude service, and after it was all over I recieved about 50% of the money I spent back due to restocking fees and 2 sets of shipping fees since I couldnt wait (6 weeks proccess) for another battery from BattDepot. I am no exaggerator and love to praise great customer service...BattDepot is the worst you could ever buy from!!!"
