What ruined my experience was not the fact that one of the batteries that was sent was the incorrect battery but that the process to correct this error is taking long and taking up my time. Example: RMA forms and back and forth emailing and having to send you multiple pictures to prove my 15$ battery was your error.
Also to add, my issue with the incorrect battery is still not resolved."
