"I work for a computer store and hence i am a frequent buyer at battdepot. The online service is efficient, and so is the delivery. I am in ST Catharines, Ontario. The shipment is always overnight. My only concern is that the telephone contact is hard if not impossible at best. You can never get through to speak with a sales rep. that is such a huge inconvenience especially when you cannot find a desired product online. Sales assistance is therefore then required. Battdepot see,ms to only have a single contact number, which for the most part is automated(well most business have that anyhow) but if the phone lines would be picked up in good time that would make us as customers not feel frustrated.

Recently i purchased 4 batteries withing the last 2weeks, one of them is a dead/weak battery. it does not hold charge. I have been trying to call a rep to get assistance regards this matter and the wait time is ridiculous. No one is picking up.

Please ensure that contacting battdepot is not a tedious process.

"I can't believe how fast they shipped the wrong product. I searched endlessly to ensure I was getting the right batteries. I insisted that I had done everything resonable to ensure I had chosen the right product and expected a full refund. After a few days waiting for a reply they had updated thier website with my product and would not honor my request. I was forced to purchase replacement batteries and received my credit, less shipping, months later. I have absolutely no trust in this company. As a person in retail I hope they take this opportunity to review their return policies. "
