"As many of their customers will tell you, their delivery times are fantastic! Unfortunately, their customer service is not quite so good!
When I received a replacement notebook battery which was supposed to fit, but didn't, my phone call to the company was met with a curt reply: "It's not our fault, and we don't pay return shipping". When I asked to speak with a supervisor to plead my case, she hung up on me!

A letter to the "technical" department garnered no sympathy. I was told it was my fault for not searching by laptop model, rather than by battery OEM number. Funny thing is, their laptop-model-search engine did not produce anything - it just hung.

In order to receive a refund, one must provide 4-8 photos of the laptop, battery, charger, etc, or suffer a 15% re-stocking charge, in addition to paying the return shipping.

So, for ordering an item that their website indicated would fit my equipment, I end up paying 2 x shipping and lose 15%, just to get some of my money back. (I'll be watching my credit card statements closely!)

This company appears not to understand what good customer service is all about. Needless to say, I will not shop here again, and I will devote several hours to letting others know how bad this experience was."
