"Thank you the battery arrived safely and soundly and works just fine. There is one problem with your courier company which is FED EX. I paid an addtional $20.00 for overnight delivery to a specific address, Room 3100 920 W 10th in Vancouver and knowing that this is part of the VGH hospital complex they delivered it to the loading doc at VGH. This cause the it to go into the routine distribution system of the hospital and totally invalidates the concept of overnight delivery to the consignee. It is simply lazy on their part and you should not be paying them to deliver to an address other than that specifically provided by the consignee. You can refund my $20.00 at your convenience and recover it from FED EX
