"I ordered 3 batteries to fit 2 different laptops. Of the 3 ordered 2 were defective on arrival, (1 of each type). I detailed the problem, paid for shipping and insurance, and shipped the 2 defective batteries back for an exchange as per BattDepot's RMA policy. Having not heard back from them for a week after they had received the batteries, I phoned to inquire on the status. I was told that their testing showed only 1 of the 2 was defective. The one that they tested OK was part of the pair that I ordered for the same laptop. I told them that was impossible. How could it be that in the same laptop 1 battery works perfectly fine while the other gets so hot that I would have to remove it, would show "plugged in not charging" when charging was required, and the internal laptop battery test always show "detected a failure". They offered to refund that battery for a 15% restock fee. I told them that if they test it as OK and restock it then send me another from stock in exchange, which they did. After more time and cost than expected I now do have 3 batteries that work. "
