I ordered four batteries, the one I needed most was DOA. It took fours days just to get them to respond to phone calls and emails, another three days to get an RMA number to be able to return battery. Even though the battery was DOA - I HAD TO PAY SHIPPING TO RETURN IT!!!
After returning the battery it took three weeks to get a refund.
WARNING ----- FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO DO BUSINESS!"
