However, they have a policy that they must call your phone to confirm any orders placed, which caused a problem.

I placed an order for overnight rush shipping, and after 24 hours of no contact I contacted them only to learn they called a wrong number and I didn't answer (obviously), so they didn't ship my order. No emails sent or double checking the number was correct.

Once they realized their mistake they fixed the problem and shipped my order right away, but the customer service agent seemed to be pushing me to cancel my order, which made me a little wary.

Overall average shopping experience with the exception of poor customer service and hefty price tag for rush shipping that wasn't very rushed."
