"GREAT! Must say that I am very impressed. I usually avoid ordering on line with companies I do not know. I needed a battery for my older Lap Top before my vacation and placed my order on Friday at about 4:30 pm Toronto time. I chose the three day delivery and within hours received an e-mail from the courier estimating it to arrive by noon Monday. At 11:45am Monday I received my battery and was able to leave for my vacation trip a day earlier than expected. The battery works great, my Lap Top is up and running again!

"The site was very descriptive: "This battery is not compatible with HP Mini 110-3000 Series and up." I therefore ordered the battery since my model was 110-1116. One would think that 1116 is below 3000. Not according to Battery Depot though. They still wanted to charge me restocking for a battery that does not fit.
