"I love the Burnet Bealls. About the only thing I wish they would do is upgrade the bathrooms. They look like they've never been updated since the place was built. The floor linoleum is buckling in places and they are just grungy & sort of gross beyond anything cleaning could take care of. The sink appears to be permanently stained as well."

"I have never encountered a problem with any Bealls that I have purchased from, and even when I needed to return an item ,which is rarely, it was just as pleasant an experience as when I made a purchase. For me, I just have fun shopping at my local Bealls, which is Burnet. At my hometown Bealls, when I don't have a coupon, the associate always finds one for me. That's why I return. The associates there like to make the checkout experience just as enjoyable as the shopping experience."

"We live in a small town, and the two Beall's stores are convenient for us and we have credit cards to them. The clothes work well for my mother and brother, so we often shop there. I'm plus-size and I difficult time finding anything that fits properly. The size I normally wear seems two sizes smaller at these stores. In both of the locations I frequent, the clothing racks are so jumbled together you have to walk between them sideways are items are very disorganized except in the beauty department. I find all the clothes and shoes to be very conservative in our area. At the location I frequent most, the women's department seems to be made for mature women over 60. I find all the blouses and dresses to be boxy and short-waisted as if they are petites. And yet the pants and long dresses that do fit me are all too long, and I am a tall-long-legged person. Yet I do find rare treasures here, and when I find something that works, it lasts forever and the sales are phenomenal. Though no one seems to greet you or ask if you need assistance, and three employees will cluster at the registers and always just keep one open, they are always friendly when you check out. They are also good about helping you figure out which coupon goes to which item. They do have great accessories and random clearance items that make great gifts, so I find myself going there a lot. I'm very happy with the make-up/beauty/skin care department. And even though most of their purses are matronly, the Jessica Simpson line has some cool ones and they are indestructible."
