"Natalie and her partner provided exceptional customer service today. The only pair of Chaps pants in my size was on the mannequin. These ladies quit what they were doing, undressed the mannequin so I could have the pants, and did it all with a great sense of humor. I told them they were going to run the next time they see me enter the store, but they assured me they wouldn't. They definitely went WAY above and beyond what I expect in customer service . . . for a simple pair of pants.Thank you, Natalie!"
