"I usually do not have issue with Stage stores in this case Bealls, I usually frequent the one in Marble Falls, Texas 78654, but this particular day had to visit the one in Burnet, Texas 78611. While I have ALWAYS had positive experience in Marble Falls, my experience in Burnet was terrible. I never saw an associate from the moment I walked in the door until I had been waiting at the counter to pay for over 5 minutes. The gentleman that finally came was not rude, but was not friendly either. First words he said to me was in a monotone asking if someone was helping me, I said no I could not find anyone. He didn't say a word more to me just turned around and paged someone who never showed, so he finally turned back around and started ringing me up without a word. He then did ask if I had a credit card with the company and if I wanted to use it. I paid, I left. Not another word was spoken. I would have left and not gotten my merchandise if it wasn't for the fact that they were shoes and the reason I was there getting them was because the ones that I was wearing that had also been bought from Bealls, but at a different location, had broken while wearing them that day at church and I had to replace them with something."

Two employees I spoke to were way better than the ones I spoke to s few months ago. Horrible y’all are forcing people to work Easter Sunday."
