The mattress was about a 7 day delivery and set up the following day very easily. I didnt notice the you tube video about setting up the bed as it was a family affair to watch the rapid inflation. King, PAC bed original 11 inch with comfy waterproof cover. Beautiful sleep for 2 nights as we left on vacation but I look forward to my return home. Thanks bed in a box. "

"I'd say it's a SOLID 4.5 service/experience. I ordered a mattress plus a mattress protector and upon delivery the protector was missing. I had to call and follow up by email to make sure the missing piece would be sent. The error was corrected and I did receive the protector shortly after. Very satisfied with both products so far - but would have been nice to receive everything all at once, as ordered. "

"3 days in and very happy with the bed. The frame arrived the day after the mattress, but I think that was a FedEx thing and not an issue with Bed in a Box. Assembly of the foundation is a little tricky, but not impossible. I purchased a king and it appeared that the foundation did not fit. It turns out we had it sideways (learned from other reviews). Very comfortable! I am sleeping like a baby and have no pain at all. I would not hesitate to buy another bed from them. "
