"I took quite a while to finally order our bed and Protigy adjustable base. Bed in a Box folks were very willing to help me and were patient with me while I decided which bed was right for us. We purchased the Natural Silk Elegance Gel. The bed arrived in 2 days, I unpacked it and let it air out while we waited for the base to come. The bases are made to order so it took about an additional week to arrive which I felt was very fast. The base weight is about 260 lbs so if you order curb side service be sure you have help to take it in.
We have used it a week now and love it. So far we are not sleeping hot and we love the features of the adjustable base.
I am a believer now, I wake with no lower back pain and sleep better. Still not sleeping 100% through the night but I have found I am not tossing and turning.
After airing for a week, the bed has no smell, completely odorless.
