"I was extremely patient waiting for what I thought was a very simple order. It took almost two months to receive the item. They eventually responded to my inquiries, but I quickly grew tired of being told that it would be delivered soon. Similar to the earlier reviewer, I took a chance on Bellacor due to the two positive reviews here. Whether this extended delay was the fault of Bellacor or the manufacturer is irrelevant, as I had an agreement with Bellacor to deliver the product. The only way I was finally able to get them to deliver the product was to threaten to post a negative review, and even then, they simply told me that they had shipped the item in a curt and unapologetic email. If you order from Bellacor, don't expect good service or timely delivery."
