Received a DAMAGED rug and have had to make multiple calls and emails...finally getting a response that they would pay for half of the return shipping as a "courtesy." "I am very happy with my purchase of thick curtains from Bellacor. Before ordering, I checked the reviews online and saw some good and some bad reviews. But the Amazon reviews for Bellacor curtains were terrific. I decided to take the chance as the curtains looked beautiful and thick--I sometimes work night shifts and sleep very late, and it's hard to sleep in the morning without thick curtains.
I stay in Asia and international shipping for the curtains was pricey, understandable because it's a bulky heavy item.
I placed my order, but a week later, I still had not received tracking information. I was worried since they state items are usually shipped in 2 business days. I called Bellacor, intending to cancel my order.
The customer service rep I spoke to was a polite friendly guy called Joel. He told me I could cancel my order, unless it had already been processed. He checked and found that my order had already been shipped by the manufacturer to Bellacor, but I would only receive my tracking information when Bellacor shipped the item to me. That was why I hadn't received a tracking number yet. He said the item would ship from Bellacor the next day, to Asia. I was relieved and happy!
The item was shipped and I received a tracking number. A week later my curtains arrived at my home in Asia, from the US! That's pretty fast! Altogether, I received my curtains 2.5 weeks after ordering them, which is a reasonable time for an international order.
The curtains are thick and BEAUTIFUL, and great value for money! I'm happy and may order more thick curtains from them in future. Thank you Bellacor, and to Joel!

"Ugly and damaged Chandelier
This looks nothing like what the picture shows. Very deceptive photo. I received it on clearance without knowing it was a used return. It was the ugliest chandelier I have ever seen. Customer Service would not take it back, since I didn't see the microscopic fine print about clearance items. It was ugly and damaged. I will never ever buy from this company again. We sold it on craigslist at a big loss."

I purchased an 2 pendants that were returned items..."open box". The items were too large and wont work in the area. "Found this amazing bedding set and great price for the set, ordered it April 12 and it stated it shipped 2-4 weeks. I had to contact the company to ask them when my order was coming and they stated June 8, I really wanted this set so I said okay. They didn't reach out to me on June 8th, so I emailed about the order and then they stated manufacturer coundlt make it until end of July and of course it's not a guarantee! "I order a rug runner from Bellacor in April. After a couple of weeks I inquired about delivery date and was told that it would not ship until June 3rd (I kept e-mails stating this) I requested a cancellation due to the late ship time and was told as long as it was not shipping yet that it should not be a problem. I re-order the runner from a different company and 2 days later it was being shipped. The follow day I received an email from Bellacor stating that my item was on its way. So now I have 2 runners being sent to me thanks to Bellacors incompetence. How can you tell me that my rug isn't being shipped until June 3rd and then send me an email on May 16 tellling me it is shipping now. This is not good business."

"Not only did I have to wait a month for the product but then upon returning the product, I was charged shipping and not notified of the return approval & credit back to my card.
Upon calling to check on the credit back, the customer service department was rude to me & conveniently hung-up on me when I asked to speak with the reps manager.
I decided to call back & got a different rep (Monica) who was really nice & was able to answer my question & even credited me back the shipping costs. Thanks Monica...I am giving 2 extra stars on the (edit) of this review because I did get Monica on the phone who actually cared."
"I ordered a kitchen cart before the holidays which arrived damaged. I called into customer service which was very helpful and got a credit for the damaged item. They said the carrier might come by to pick up the item since it was damaged.
After over 2 weeks and not hearing anything I disposed of the item. Now on 3/16 THEY CHARGED MY CARD for the damaged item. I called thinking it could easily be resolved and spoke with Monica Darrow, a "supervisor". Not only was she unhelpful and rude she could care less of my situation.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If you would like to receive any sort of customer service order from someone else."

One of the very most frustrating issues I had in dealing with Bellacor was the customer "service" line. Each time I called, I was on hold for a very long time. The last time, I was on hold for about 20 minutes. I had put my phone on mute as I was in the airport and the noise affected my reception. When an agent came on the line, I frantically tried to take my phone off mute but within two seconds, and I do not exaggerate, she hung up on me. I dialed in again. Another 30 minutes on hold and finally an agent came on. After this agent told me that my item had been discontinued, I proceeded to express my frustration with the wait and the amount of time it took them to inform me that they could not fulfill my order. She began arguing with me. I then stated that I couldn't believe she was arguing with me. This was the most disrespectful and frustrating call and all the agent had to do was validate my frustration, acknowledge my disappointment, or at least admit that the company hadn't done a good job in managing my order. In fact, had this occurred, I might rethink my future business with Bellacor (and I do spend a lot of money online).
The second frustrating issue had to do with the order itself. I ordered this item, had a shipping notification, and then the item never arrived. I call Bellacor (and since the hold went on forever), I finally emailed. I heard back three days later that they didn't know what had happened and would reissue the shipping order. Again, shipping notification came, but the item did not. This went on for a month. And during this month, they had my money!
The third frustrating issue again had to do with customer "service." They have an option to contact them via email. And that's great. But if they don't respond with a real answer, for days, it does little good. Their automated replies are supposed to satisfy me for the next two or three days?! Really? Why even provide this "opportunity" if you can't respond in a timely way. I guess I'm quite surprised that Bellacor (based on the service I've received) is so busy that it cannot provide decent customer service. And if it is that busy, then they are managing the company poorly because they are not providing customer "service."

"I ordered a computer desk for my office. The product cane severely damaged. When I tried to email the seller, I received a failure to sender in return. So I called. The woman I spoke to was rude and not very helpful and sighed on the phone when I was asking for this to be made right. To have the stupid desk replaced you have to file a claim for an inpector to evaluate the product before returning..... Inconvenience much? On top of that, how tacky. It's not even worth the money or trouble. Me=totally disappointed buyer when I'm usually pretty easy to please. I would say Amazon is a way better route then this scamming site! "
