"Bellacor offered 15% discount for signing up my email. When I signed up and tried the 15%, the item I wanted wouldn't take the 15%.

Bellacor then explained the 15% applied to selected items only.

Seriously? Why didn't they specify that upfront? If they are willing to lie before the purchase, then they are most likely going to lie during the purchase as well.

"took six months of dealing with a ridiculous customer service to finally get this. Said in stock when ordered. it wasn't. nothing but one month delays. then said it was discontinued. I contacted factory, they said no. Belacour said, oops, made a mistake. held up my remodel for six months.
never again from these people.

"I recently ordered a vanity top from Bellacor. After having to call them for confirmation that it had shipped, I learned that it arrived to the local transporting company broken. I contacted Bellacor and asked them to remedy this problem because it occurred on their end and was told that they had to process a new order (which meant that it would take another 13 days to reach my house). I asked them to see if there was anything they could do about this and their response was "sometimes things don't happen the way they want them to" and that they cannot expedite shipping to me. They were very unhelpful (again not sending me shipping information until I had to call them for it after the customer service rep promised she'd personally send the information to me). I still don't have the product (over a week later since the item was re-ordered) and they have done nothing to win my business back. I tried to write a review on their website and was told it doesn't meet their "criteria.""

"Horrible experience! Do not purchase with them unless you want a customer service nightmare. Our vanity arrived broken and with a cracked counter, it took 5 business days and 4 phone calls before I could get them to even start on a solution. 8 business days later the final outcome was for them to pick up the broken vanity, which was even more of a hellish experience. They kept trying to blame the manufacturer (avanity). The customer service reps are rude and do not follow-through, but they did offer me 10% off my next purchase. What a joke. "

"I ordered two pillow shams back in June from Bellacor and when they arrived one had a frayed zipper so I sent that one back and at the same time I ordered a third sham. When the replacement and the new order sham arrived I immediately noticed multiple defects in the materials used. The fabric on the original two shams was nice velour on both sides and the front of each had a pattern in the velour. I called Bellacor before I ever ordered and made sure that both the front and the back of these shams was velour. However, when the replacement sham arrived together with the third sham the backing was something resembling burlap, cheap and rough to the touch, and the front of the pillow was cheap velour and the pattern was very hard to distinguish. In addition the actual sizes of the pillow was different for all three pillows by inches.

When I called to complain about the quality control on Bellacor's products I was told it wasn't their problem that they outsource and had no control of what I was receiving. They said they'd check into it. They called me back and said if I wanted velour front and back that I'd have to upgrade and pay almost double. I was already paying over $80 per sham. These are not designer shams so that price was pricey already. I reminded them that I called prior to ordering and was told by their company that both front and back of the sham was velour. They said there wasn't anything they could do about it. Then I informed them that I was going to tell my story online and suddenly they offered to send me the three shams I originally ordered with velour front and back. They said send back the good sham and the two defective ones and they'd send me three that matched, and velour front and back. So that's what I did. Weeks have passed and I called and one of Bellacor's supervisors called me and said she didn't think Bellacor could send me three matching shams and so she'd just refund my money. I said after all this and over two months of waiting for my $243.29 worth of 3 pillow shams and all I get is a refund, after returning the product twice, waiting for the correct product, and now I'm told Bellacor can't produce three matching shams? She said they had lost the three shams I returned. She didn't know where they were. I told her I tagged the good sham as I was asked to do so they would be able to make me three identical shams as advertised on their web site. Should I really have to show them an example? Are children making these?

I asked this supervisor to give it one last try and she said she would. I spoke to her 8/15/14, and upon checking my credit card records Bellacor had refunded my credit card on 8/14/14, the day before I spoke to the supervisor so apparently this supervisor just lied through her teeth.

So here I am sitting here thinking I'm receiving three pillow shams and come to find out I've been lied to, nothing is coming. I would have waited many more weeks for these shams to arrive and in the mean time the supervisor is sitting in her chair laughing because she thinks she pulled a fast one on me. Our last words were she said she would send me three pillow shams, all matching.

Apparently Bellacor is a scam. They advertise products they have never seen and will never see. It's a telephone only business. They don't have a warehouse, they just mail order. You or I or anyone could set this type of business up. We go online, find our products, set up a web site and advertise those products and then when you order we order your products and they are sent directly to you from other businesses. They have no idea whatsoever what they are sending you and what's worse, they don't care either.

"I ordered a sofa throw. It was on back order. It said 3-5 weeks. After 6 1/2 weeks it is still not here. I called Bellacor five times and they were not able to get me any kind of answer as to when it would be delivered. They did not follow up or return my calls.
I canceled the order.

"I recently ordered umbrellas from them and I figured that the picture was going to be the exact color that I had ordered. When I received them they were not the correct color. When I tried calling to return them, regarding the mistake, they told me I had to pick the color myself. In doing so, I asked them to send the ones I did need right away, which cost me another $1400. I gladly reordered them because I needed them. When I shipped back the wrong umbrellas, they charged me a 30% restocking fee which was over $400, when only one box had been opened. They also did not supply me with a shipping label and only credited me for one umbrella and over a month passed before I saw the rest of the credit return and they still kept the 30% restocking fee, even though I still ordered the umbrellas I needed. Talk about lousy customer service. I will never order from them again."

"Item listed as "ship in 1-2 days" in confirmation email. nothing received, no other communication. Customer service does not answer phone. Live chat told me 'That's backordered 6 weeks". When I asked for more detail, live chat just stopped responding. Plus they billed my cc immediately. Worst customer service in years."

"Similar problem to others. Size of product was not correct. I ordered a set of curtains that were advertised as 95" in length and they measured out to 92.5". Needless to say it did not work for me since I needed it to be exactly as long as described.
My refund was denied because of this. I will not do business with this company again and regret having done so in the first place.

"I ordered a chandelier from them that was described as medium in size. When the thing arrived it was large enough for a ballroom, not a dining room. I had no idea that the thing would be delivered by freight due to the size of the box. I knew I would have to return it. What I did not know, is that I would have to pay residential pick up rates, which are a gazillion times business rates. When I contacted Bellacor for a return authorization and asked if they could arrange for pickup by their trucking companay and deduct the cost from my refund, I was told that I was on my own. I did call their trucking company and they told me it would be a minimal charge if I could convince Bellacor to authorize the pick up. Nope, no dice.
UPS freight gave my a price of $849.00 and refused to insure it. That was impossible because Bellacor insists on their original packing. I did find a freight facilitator that was able to get Fed Ex to pick it and insure it for $579.00. So what is their game? Obviously they don't want large items returned and their policies make it prohibitive to return them. Buyer beware! Easy returns and no restocking fee didn't help me

"AVOID this store!! I bought a chandelier from BellaCor for our master bath, and inspected it upon receipt since we were not going to install it for some months. it seemed fine upon receipt. When we finally went to hang it, it was clearly bent frame-wise. I contacted BellaCor and they refused to take it back since it had been more than 30 days....even though they had obviously sent me damaged merchandise. A good, reputable company will do the right thing by the customer, and this company is clearly NOT in that category."

"Purchased 6 cabinet pulls. Beautiful! Very nicely weighted heavy duty polished chrome decorative handles and at a great price! The price was at least 50 percent less than prices I found elsewhere on line. Was able to use an online discount code to reduce the total cost.Including shipping the six pulls were less than 5 bucks apiece. Shipped and received so fast- I couldn't believe that they were already at my door tonight for regular delivery, less than a week!Very well packed and protected. Bellacor supplied a a 10 percent off code for the next order. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Happy budget oriented customer!Very pleased with the entire transaction."

"I ordered a Mini Pendant LED lighting fixture on sale from Bellacor.com on 6/29/2012. It was shipped on 7/5/2012, delivered on7/9/2012. One pendant had a defective LED. I contacted Bellacor on 7/18/2012 and they shipped, out a new fixture on 7/21/2012. No return of old fixture necessary. Excellent customer service. "
