I've also had issues where many items I ordered were not available, and in some cases it took weeks to work it out, but they have always been willing to come up with a reasonable compromise. They are my first stop for generic tech device shopping, particularly if I need something in a fluorescent green trim or sporting a frog motif."

"Twice I have tried to buy a like item from them. Twice the delivery date goes past by over 14 days. Both times I have had to email them to find out where the product is. Both times they send an email saying that "We have emailed you on such and such a date to say that the supplier is out of stock (not mentioned on the web site) and is unable to confirm a delivery date." Neither time did I receive the mystery explanatory email. I only heard from them after sending my email asking about the status of my parts.
