"Overall, pretty good. Order consisted of three items, all of which were shown as "in stock" on the website, for a total of a little over $22. Received a shipping notification five days later for two of the items and a separate email informing me that the third item was out of stock. Since they didn't have an ETA, I was given the choice between canceling or choosing a different product. I chose the former since the alternative offered didn't appeal to me and received a partial refund three days later. Shipping was using Hong Kong Post (regular airmail in a yellow padded envelope), just like most of the competition. Products were fine."

"The website was easy enough to navigate, and I soon found what I was looking for, and ended up paying a lot less than I had expected to. I was pleased that paying by Pay Pal was an option.

However, it did take a rather long time for my products to arrive - having ordered them on Dec 14 2010, they did not arrive until sometime in Jan 2011. That said, it was the Christmas period, so I imagine that they were experiencing a greater number of orders than normal.

When the products arrived, I was very pleased with the quality of them - often when ordering products from China, one can be a little apprehensive when it comes to quality, but in this case, wrongly so.
