"It's been more than a month now, and I still haven't received my order. This is after they waited a week to contact me and tell me that one of the items I ordered was unavailable, and to offer me a substitute, or the option of waiting an indefinite amount of time for the item to come in stock. "Do not order from these people, it is a total scam. I ordered something in december and it's not february and I never got it. They claim it was delivered, but I guess the post office misdelivered it. But they refuse to file a claim. More than likely they made the claim and kept it themselves. I even contacted the post office and got the delivery scan, which shows the package was not delivered to me or my address. And paypal is worthless, there is no protection from them as well, as long as the package gets "delivered" somewhere then they won't do anything for you. Challenge the problem IMMEDIATELY with your credit card.
Also, several other reviewers here have had similar runins with these guys. So don't believe the positive reviews, they sound like advertisements.
Edit: You have had many opportunities to make my order right. It wasn't until I sent the delivery ticket to you and filed a claim with my credit card company that you have now done something. THAT SHOULD HAVE ALL BEEN DONE BY YOU!!!!!! Ridiculous.
GOOD JOB! You've shown everyone you are complete crooks! It doesn't take months for the post office to do a trace. In fact, there is no such thing as a trace. HAHA! If you were legit you would have filed a claim. The sender is always responsible for initiating the claim. Each time I've called the post office, they have told me, as is indicated by the delivery ticket, the sender should file a claim and it will be solved. But you are a crooked lying disreputable company and I only hope other people read what you've written and see it for the obvious lie it is. I will look for other places to tell the truth."

"I am appalled with BestOfferBuy.com. I placed an order with them and after the 14 business days had passed I questioned where my item was. They said it was still being processed. After three weeks, they then emailed saying that the item was out of stock. I have no idea why it took three weeks to realise that. I checked their website afterward and the same item was still on there available to buy. They tried to fob me off with an alternative which is not what I wanted at all and so I asked for a refund. I expressed my disappointment and disatisfaction and they couldn't even apologise. I just had a really impersonal email back saying they would refund my money. I have now made a complaint and am waiting to hear back. I think it's disgusting service. "
