"Buyer beware - worst shopping experience EVER!

On 12th December I purchased two small cameras, a USB 4 camera controller unit and 2 UK power supplies as birdbox webcams for my daughter for Christmas. I paid an additional £18 for 3-5 day UPS shipping so that I could guarantee I had them before Christmas.

Imaging my surprise when I checked on the 20th December and they had not even shipped my goods. I kicked up a stink and they used the excuse that the goods were faulty and they had to ship new ones. They promised the goods would be shipped that day but they were not shipped until 21st December. I had to arrange with UPS to get them delivered as soon as they cleared customs and they were delivered at 4pm on Christmas eve. Upon opening the parcel I found that the power supplies did not fit the cameras. The jacks on the end were too small. I have contacted them a total of 8 times and here we are 13 days after they delivered and 24 days after ordering unable to use the cameras because they have said I will need to ship the wrong power supplies back at my own expense in order to not have to pay for the replacements.

They took my money quickly enough though!

This has to be the worst online experience I have ever had and I would suggest everyone steers well clear of this firm. They will not entertain any refund or compensation for the problem. They even suggest I should be grateful that they are trying to help me.

5-14 business days? Today is 01-03-2011 and I have yet to receive this order. I will not order from them again and I recommend anyone who chooses to order from them do so with extreme caution. Reputable companies do not take your money until the day of shipping. I'm still waiting to hear from the vendor. His email stated that he'd contact me within 4-5 days. PayPal is processing the challenge on the charges, but won't do anything until the FAKE product arrives.


STAY AWAY. The customer service may be good according to previous reviews, but the site sells fake products purported to be genuine.
