"What a bunch of hucksters.

I placed an order for a number of items including the foldable speakers they STILL have listed on the Specials of the Week.

After taking paypal from me, they informed me that those speakers were "no longer available" and offered what looked to be a cheaper "alternative" (for the same price) and the alternative was not even listed in the catalog.

E-mail to the company was not answered, but Paypal forced a refund.

"I ordered a pair of noise-canceling headphones with the Nokia brand name on them from BestOfferBuy.com because of their low price. I received them in a timely fashion, but when I tried to use them, I discovered that while they were very loud, in order to get the highest volume, you had to physically hold down a button on a control switch built into the headphones because it would not stay pushed in on its own, and the sound quality was below poor without having the button pushed in (the item came with no instructions, so I can't say if they were manufactured that way or if the pair I got was defective). As you can imagine, that made the headphones rather useless for most activities. After attempting to tape them so the button stayed pushed in (and failing), I finally took the control box apart and taped one of the pieces in place over the button to hold it the closed position. If that fails, the next place they are going is into the garbage and I will chalk up the $2 I paid for them as a total loss."
