The merchandise turned out to be of poor quality. Of the eight 1 GB flash drives I received, five (i.e. 62.5%) were defective in that their built-in indicator lights did not work! "I spent £60 for two broken products which for all I know are fakes with no internal components. I have also noticed they have listed the same purple laser product I purchased at £41.47 & £24.16! That’s nearly half the price I paid, I feel completely cheated.

They should also rename the “blue” lasers to purple because it is false advertising, blue lasers are a great deal more unique and expensive. Blue operates in the 473nm spectrum and purple in the 405nm spectrum so they aren’t blue lasers.

Not only that but the laser pen looks second hand and it came in a case for a different product, no battery and the on/off button is dodgy. The batteries they recommended are too big because the screw on battery cap won’t close leaving a 5mm gap. I had to buy an expensive AW battery from the UK costing me £13 that would allow it to close but only because the + nub will decompress which permanently damaged the battery so I can no longer return it.

I have tried everything sending lots of emails even including a video of the damaged goods. They won’t send a replacement unless I spend more time and money sending the broken items back to Hong Kong. They have said if I send a receipt they will refund the postage but after their poor service I don’t trust them not to screw me over again.

I would only recommend buying something from this website that you don’t mind wasting your money on. I hoped I would get lucky but I completely regret buying from them after the trouble I have had dealing with them. Trying to resolve concerns with them takes forever a very frustrating experience.

If you are lucky they will reply in 3 days but only with a scripted reply no matter what you say in your email. If you do buy something make sure you are prepared to spend weeks sorting out the order. Ask yourself are you willing to return it all back to Honk Kong and hope that eventually you might get your money back.

I have since filed a dispute with paypal and a few days later i was advised that they would return the funds for my purchase. I subsequently received the funds back into my paypal account and later my bank.

Bottom line if you do buy from them remember that you get what you pay for, its cheap for a reason.

If only I had done my homework and read this website before I ordered from BestOfferBuy.com, I would have saved myself a boatload of hassle. I ordered the e7 headphone amp off this website ($80!) and after several days of eagerly running home to see if a package had arrived with my name on it, I began to give up. I've contacted them, but I've heard no response. The 5-12 day shipping has turned into 16 days and counting. At this point I just want to get my money back and go somewhere else to purchase this item. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!"

"AVOID THESE SCAMERS! Don't waste your money on these cheap items. I paid for a 16gb MP4 PLayer and was sent a 8gb. They requested a picture of the item when I complained which I sent. They promised to contact me in 1-2 business days and I'm still waiting. The Player doesn't play videos as advertised, freezes often, charger sent doesn't fit US electric sockets. Paypal served as a conduit for this scam and they were not willing to help me recover my money. Paypal says they do not have their information(phone number etc).
