"never ever do business with this reseller, i bought a toy from them in nov 28th 2009 but until now its more than 65 days and i never received the items, i have contacted my local post office and customs 5 times, for any undelivered package but there is no package sent for me. this reseller doesnt give any help, they just said for me to wait again and again and again without any further assistance,

be very carefull with this reseller
i found some prove that they are very unprofessional based from what i have experienced buying from them.

1. they never update their website (you dont know which items is out of stock until you put order, and they will give you another items that wasnt your choice)
2. slow and useless customer support (if you have some problems it took 48 hours/ 2days to have response from their customer support, and their response are often not helpfull)
3. watchout for those free shipping promo. its a kind of 50-50 gambling. if you are lucky youll received the items, if not just say goodbye to your items and your money (believe me)

never trust this seller, buy with your own risk

"I tried to buy a network adapter for a lap top. My payment was received immediately. After 6 days of waiting & 3 e-mails from me chasing the order they advised they had none in stock. Ordered 5 items. 3 were substituted items with my permission. The other 2 were out of stock. When I got my bluetooth speaker, I didn't like the quality so I contacted and got an RMA, and was informed of the 20% restocking fee on my $45 purchase so I said fine. Never got my money back and they stopped answering my emails! Thieves.

"3 Words to Describe this company: AVOID AVOID AVOID.

They may be cheaper than other places and offer free shipping. However, after I had ordered the comb and sent my payment details - I then received an email saying that the item was out of stock and could they replace it with another item. I received this email 2 days after ordering.

The replacement they offered was totally different to the one I had ordered and I regret agreeing to it now.

So far have been waiting over 2 weeks for delivery and apparently it could arrive any time within the next month - so avoid unless you are buying something way in advance.

Their customer service is appalling. Why are they advertising products that they do not have in stock? I didn't receive an apology or an offer of reinbursement, no, just a "the item you have ordered is out of stock, is it possible to replace with this item (see attached image)?"

In future I will order one from a more trusted supplier and pay extra for a good service and quality product.

"Ordered my Dingoo A320 on 23-dec-2009, so I expected delays in shipping. When I mailed support I got a very nice reply back within the promised three business days.

It was sent from Hong Kong on 29-dec-2009 and arrived on my doorstep on 8-jan-2010 in The Netherlands.

Packaging was opened by customs, but everything was in perfect shape.

Nothing to complain about, I'd buy at BestOfferBuy.com again.

"Packing in good condition when received, however, when opening, the plastic on the MP4 Player screen had many bubbles in it like it had been previously removed and when removing the plastic there was a scratch on the screen. After further inspection the internal memory was found to be damaged and the battery would not hold a charge for more then 5-10 minutes. I contacted company to get them to pay the return shipping since item appeared to have been used. Company would not pay for return shipping and it now works great as a $23 pretend cell phone for my 4 year old. Very displeased with this company’s customer service and as I would have continued to business with them if I could have gotten a new one with them paying the return shipping, I will not use this company again. I believe BestOfferBuy.com is a fraudulent organization."

"The website is not organized for products that you are trying to find. The website doesn't show out of stock until you already ordered and then they email you back and recommend a different product. They are based in Hongkong, so mail is very slow! They sent me a different case of Ipod Touch, and I am still waiting for my Iphone case! Do not deal with this merchant!!!"

"I ordered a flashlight, batteries and a charger. Paid via PayPal. Had no problems and took two weeks to arrive at my door which is pretty good considering that their warehouse is in China. My order arrived in a bubble wrap envelope. I did email them about my order and they replied pretty quickly (2 business days). I even asked them when the they would get the new CREE XPG (as they only had XPE at the time). They contacted the warehouse for me and told me to wait 1 week. I waited and I got the XPG. :D

Edit: I've been reading though some reviews below me that are outright hilarious. Regarding wrong specs, the specs are just copy and paste jobs straight from the manufacturer. You can see the same wrong specs on this site, focalprice, kaidomain, etc, etc. Also, if you are dumb enough to buy crap merchandise blame yourself. These Asian websites are just internet sites attached to warehouses. Go whine to Walmart when your $1 plastic piece of junk falls apart.

"Just received my Fenix TK40 flash light in perfect condition. Wrapping was good in two layers of bubble wrap, plus the bubble envelop on top of it. Shipping in total took 2 and a half weeks from order to receive at my door(Hong Kong to Canada) which is pretty good compare to DX. Infact, I'm still waiting for my other order from DX which was almost 4 weeks ago. Transaction went smoothly and no problems at all with the item as it is a real Fenix light. Much brighter than my L2D as expected. I don't know about customer service as I have no need to contact them. So far, I'm pretty happy with them. They were the only still selling the TK40 cheaper than everywhere else. Will buy again."

"Same here. Ordered flash trigger because Paypal was offering $20 credit. Not worth the hassle! I got my $20 all right... when my charge was reversed because BestOfferBuy never shipped and sent lame e-mails trying to stall and delay and cover up their incompetence.

"Do NOT buy from this seller. Either their Ads is fraudulent, or they have very bad quality control in their warehouse. But most of all, they have a hostile customer service to deal with.

It is my first purchase from this site and it is totally unhappy experience. I ordered a 5-mode flashlight with about max 250 lumen output and the product does arrive but it turned out to be a single-mode with max 80-90 lumens. I did more research and figured out the specs of the one I received (single-mode, max lumens, weight, length etc.) exactly matches a much cheaper one they are also selling. They fail to send me the item I paid for, instead they sent me a similar-looking but different mode with fewer specs, weighed heavier and a little bit more slim in dimension.

I communicated with customer service for one week through a dozen of email messages. I sent them detailed pictures about the weight and looking of the itme I received. They only insisted that I should go through their return process to return the product right away. Well, according to their policy, for return, I have to pay shipping and return shipping as well as 20% stock fee, just because of their mistake. And what ridiculous is that these total charges are even higher than the product price I paid. WTF, it is their responsibility to ship me the one I ordered and it is their responsibility to pay the international shipping to get their wrong item back.
So my suggestion is simple: never buy from them, period.

"I made a purchase only because paypal offered a $20 credit. When my items arrived, I was immediately appalled at the incredibly poor quality, even for being China made. I bought a $5.00 pocket mirror that I wouldn't pay $0.50 for. You can actually see that the edges around the mirror were poorly cut and the thin metal case is very flimsy and loose like it wasn't crimped on tightly. Looks nothing like the picture and it went straight into the garbage. I throw few things away but this mirror is simply unusable.

I also bought a cell phone screen protector film that was very upsetting because it came with a very sticky label that was difficult to remove. This label was actually on the side that you must view and the glue under the paper label itself would not come off and just made a mess. I ended up removing it from my phone and throwing that away also. It's very frustrating to try to remove adhesive like that and it makes my wonder about people's use of logic. Absolutely unbelievable that there was a sticky label on the surface of this film.

My third item is a small pocket scale and it looks very cheap, but I haven't tested it yet. I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't work at all, but maybe I'll get lucky. But with stuff of this quality, you can't possibly expect any scale they sell to be accurate to the degree they claim.

I can't attest to their service and I don't intend to send anything back to China. I'll just take this as a lesson or go to the $1.00 dollar store if I want something like the stuff they sell for $5.00+.

After looking at the other reviews, I suspect at least some are phony. It looks like they have someone that can write English pretty well. They cleverly blend in with the rest of the reviews, but I see some consistencies among them such as the way they use adjectives that makes me think the same person wrote at least a few of these 5 star reviews. Some of them also have some content that people don't typically write about and there seems to be similarities in their structure. Each good reviewer only has one review total, and joined on the same day they wrote it. But that could just be coincidence and that is the case with me so I can't really use that to judge. At the very least, some of these reviews are very suspicious.

"I decided to place an order with BestOfferBuy.com after reading on their website: "Most of our items are available for fast shipping within one-two business days."

I ordered 1 of each the following items:
- Aluminium 4-LED Flashlight + Emergency USB Charger with Cell Phone Adapters (1*AA)
- 3.5mm Audio Jack Connection Cable (1.5M)
- 3.5mm Audio Extension Cable (1.5M)
- High Quality Precision Multi-Tip Screwdriver (10-Piece Set)
- Steel Multi-Function Pocket Plier Tool-Kit
- 3-LED Solar Power Self-Recharge Flashlight Keychain (White)
- Universal Bicycle Swivel Mount for Flashlights and Lasers (1.7~3.0cm Flexible Diameter)
- USB A-Female to Mini USB 5-Pin Female Adapter

My order was placed October 11th. After approximately a week, I had received no notification of shipment, so I contacted BestOfferBuy through their website. I received a reply on October 23rd, stating:

"We are still waiting for part of the order to be delivered from the factory. We estimate that it should arrive next week and once we received the product from the factory, we will be able to dispatch your order immediately. You will be notified via email upon dispatch."

I replied the same day asking that the unavailable items be removed from my order. They replied stating that 2 of the items, the LED Flashlight + USB Charger and the Multi-function Pliers, were temporarily out of stock and wanted to know if they could replace them with similar items. I said no, refund me for those items and ship my order, because it was already well past the 1-3 business days shipping time stated on their website.

On October 26th they issued a refund for the 2 out-of-stock items. On October 28th I had still received no notification of shipment, so I contacted them stating that if they couldn't ship by October 30th to cancel the entire order.

On November 4th, I finally received a response, saying that my shipping date was November 4th, so they ignored my request to cancel. To make matters worse, the next day I received a shipping notification email saying my item shipped November 5th, so they lied about the shipping date.

The item arrived November 10th in Germany. Apparently they decided that since they didn't have one item, the Multi-tip Screwdriver Set, they would replace it with another item without asking me. Either that or they "accidentally" sent me a very different looking 9-piece Screwdriver set. Not only was the replacement not what I wanted, but it is lesser quality, lower cost, and the packaging was in terrible condition. I have now contacted them *again* asking for a refund for the Multi-tip Screwdriver Set since they sent me something I didn't want in its place, and that if they want their poor-quality replacement back, they can credit me an additional $5 and I'll mail it back to them. If this doesn't happen, I will begin a dispute with Paypal.

Normally I would wait to see how the company responds to this last matter before writing a review, but in this case, who knows how long that could take, and I felt it was better to get the word out now about my experience this company so that others are aware of what they're getting into by ordering with them. If and when they do respond, I will update this review.

Update - Nov. 16: Despite my request for a refund for the incorrect item, they are sending me the correct item.

Update - Dec. 10: The correct item finally arrived, nearly 2 months from when I originally ordered it.
