"I ordered a "SolarForce L2 Cree Q5 5-Mode LED Flashlight (2*CR123A) (E2145)".
Shipping time was reasonable, given that it came from Hong Kong and was free.
However, the flashlight failed to work when it arrived. I had an identical, working, flashlight that I bought elsewhere, so I tested each of the components and determined that the LED unit was the part that failed. My other (working) LED clearly says "CREE" (the brand name), but the non-working one has no such label and appears to be generic.
I would use the RMA process, except that the shipping would end up costing as much as the replacement LED and I don't trust them.
I will not buy anything from this reseller again."
"Received a wireless adapter yesterday from this company. Did not work at all. Their site suggests that i have to deal with microsoft because theyre selling as refurbished. This must mean that they can sell faulty items and have no repurcussions, an easy way to get rid of broken items? Horrible experience, dont reccommend to anyone"

"I ordered two superstick(4g,8g) on July 25 200. The product that I received from bestofferbuy.com is not the same as stated on their web site. The hole on superstick is too tiny for key chain. I asked for exchange or refund. I got request from bestofferbuy.com asking for picture of the product(Very good, they don't know what kind of product that they are selling). I've sent photos to them on August 6,9,11 2009, no answer.
Once I post an review on resellerratings.com, I got an e-mail from the admin, after couple of e-mails, they finally told me that attachment greater than 1M will be rejected. Aha, you're asking customer for photos that you sell and reject the photos that are a little big.
Change camera setting and took a small size photo, sent it to BestOfferBuy.com.
On August 17, I finally got "manufacturer has updated the design to have the hole to become smaller."
At the same time, BestOfferBuy.com is still using old specification on web site for customers.
Is this a best offer?
The life is either I keep the stupid small hole stick which BESTOFFERBUY doesn't know,Or I have to pay international shipping to hongkong and "20% of product value" to return the product. Does it worth? No, not at all.
I am not going to buy stuff from bestofferbuy.com any more.
Strong recommend to get away from the seller, they don't know what kind of product that they are selling. Unless you don't care what you get from them and you won't return anything."

"I placed an order on 6-3-09 for a green laser, flashlight & batteries. They shipped on 6-11 because of a delay for the weaver gun mount for the flashlight. Received them 2 weeks later with a barrel mount instead of the weaver, & more importantly the wrong laser, a much cheaper version. On 6-28 I started to try to work with them to get the problem fixed. On 7-8 I sent the wrong laser back, no comment or working with me on the wrong mount, & lo & behold they sent me back the same wrong laser in an opened pack. The laser they sent me doesn't even match the description they give for it in their ad, different battery, etc. which I told them about but they haven't changed yet. Now they are telling me that they are having trouble getting the one I ordered, I bet they never did have it to begin with & was hoping I would not notice the cheaper version. If you want to have a good chance of getting screwed over, do business with them. This was my 2nd order with them, 1st one 1 item no problem, this order they more than made up for it. Fool me once, shame on you......... "

"These guys suck. After not hearing from them for a week, I sent an email asking when my order was to ship (showed up as "processing" on their site). They claim a computer error erased my order. Since it was their problem and I had been waiting over a week, I asked that they send it 2 day air. The response was they'll send a priority notice to their logistic forwarder (they're somewhere in Asia from what I can tell). An email this morning indicates I'll get it between July 13-Aug 4th (3 to 6 weeks after I ordered it)."

I placed the order for a new IP-03 Surveillance Camera with USB Webcam Server.
Below is what I was suppose to get.

"I got one used camera," that is all. I did not get any software or drivers. Needless to say I have not been able to use the camera.
I tried to get software and drivers from Bestofferbuy.com, all I got was a runaround. I can't find any, if anyone can tell me where I may get drivers for the camera I will thank you very much.
Before you tell me to get Driver Detective I already have they can't help me.
