"I ordered a full blown tv package on line and then decided to cancel it. Called, they said cancelled and sent me an email saying canceled. However, while the elevation was cancelled, the rest of package was not, so that freebee assessors became charges for add ons to a no longer ordered television. They couldn't cancel the wall mount or the geek squad service. Some said it was because they had already shipped, some said it was because it was backordered, some said it was because customers cancel part of order and then pick up the whole order. Whatever, I am going to have to pay and then return. I wonder how they were able to cancel the order for the television, but nothing else? Maybe they just wanted me to pay for the freebees.

"Ordered a flat screen tv on 11/21. Item wasn't in stock at the local store so I took advantage of their offer of free delivery. Item was to be delivered 12/5. Got a VM the evening of 12/4 telling me the item is on backorder, new delivery date 12/21, guy suggested I check with store to see if they have in stock. I checked, still not in stock, so I left order open with 12/21 delivery. Early afternoon of 12/20 I get an email reminding me of delivery. Later in afternoon I get a phone call, item still out of stock at warehouse, suggested I check with store. Called store, item in stock, so I canceled online order and purchased from store. Why the store has something the warehouse doesn't is curious. And their 2 suggestions that I buy from a store lead me to believe BB had no intention of delivering the item. The weren't going to deliver a $400 (with $50 off) item for free. Last time I order online for delivery, free or not. And maybe last time for purchase from BB. Too many other options these days to put up with this crap. "
"I ordered a refrigerator from bestbuy.com that was to include delivery and connection of waterline to water/ice machine. The delivery guys scratched up my marble tile and said that I was missing a part so they could not connect. I ended up paying a plumber over $100 to connect. When the plumber came he said they lied to me all that had to be done was it needed to be screwed in. I am the one that got screwed. Do not believe Best Buy with the commercials that tell you they will install and remove your existing appliances. They will damage your home and give you a poor excuse so they do not have to do any work or ask you for more money. "
"Wow these guys are beyond B A D... I cant believe they are still in business. Ordered a wii fit plus with balance board on dec 15. Stated it was in stock and would ship immediately. Five days later i get an email that it is back-ordered and they are not sure when it will ship. So i order one from Amazon which i should have done in the first place. I go to cancel the order from Best Buy and they wont let me on-line...so i call them.. After 11 minutes on hold i get a recording that says their voicemail is full...GOODBYE!!!! Oh my goodness..did that really happen. So i call back and tell the lady that directs the calls and she doesnt even listen before she puts me on hold again. So i have written this whole review and i am STIlL on hold hoping they wont hang up again.

"Four different times I tried ordering the same product from Best Buy, a 40" Sony LED Google HDTV. Each time I purchased online at a Best Buy store that said they were in stock. A while later I would get an email from Best Buy saying that store was out of stock of that particular model.
I went to the 5th store that was listed online to have that item in stock. I talked to the TV salesperson and was told that they hadn't had that model for weeks, even though they just advertised it last week. When I asked if I could order one I was told that they were not fulfilling the orders for that model."

"Horrible, Horrible company. Nightmare to deal with. They deliver broken refrigerator. I have been calling two days in a row and finally after 12 times and more that 2 hours of waiting time I scheduled somebody to pick it up. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. They cannot just give me another fridge, they want me to order me one. Never again!!!
"Customer support" is SO bad. I was redirected at least 4 times every time when I called. "Customer support" agents would simply hang up on me after 10-15 minutes when they did not know how to process my return.
This company is nightmare. Will un-recommended to all of my friends and family. I would give it negative start if I could."
"I am so upset with Best Buy and how the conduct business. I purchased a pair of Beats By Dre headphones at bestbuy.com they did not offer delivery for this item I had to drive and hour and half to the closest Best Buy where I live I picked upp the headphones and went home I relaized I bought the Solo ones and my son wanted the Studio ones so I called Best Buy and spoke with the order people they said all I had to do was return and exchange and pay the differnce so I said great I drove back and hour and a half and went to the Best Buy store well when I was at customer service the girl helping me was extremly rude then I was confused by what she was saying so I asked to speak to the manager and 17 mins later a young kid came and he was saying umm like you cant exchange umm for like 48 hours umm thats our policy umm like you have to come back tomorrow. I said I spoke with customer service and they said I culd exchange he said ummm like she doesnt know what she is talking about I am the manager. Very rude very stressful. I will never shop with Best Buy again horrible customer service. Horrible return and exchange policy."

"I order two logitech revue bundles, but only one was delivered. I called to have the other mailed to me, but I was informed that they needed to complete a 7-10 day investigation before sending the item or refunding the money. After 3 phone calls, I was informed that the item could not be shipped; because, the item is completely out of stock. My item was never shipped, so I am finding it hard to believe that my logitech revue just disappeared. I purchased this item for Christmas and now I will not be able to give the gift my mother really wanted for Christmas. Words cannot express how disappointed I am with best buy. The horrible situation made worst by horrible customer service, horrible best buy policies and no solution.
I spoke to Amber then Michell, Isabell, and "manger" Angley. All offered me no solution to my situation. All they would tell me was "that is best buys policy." Angley the so called manger did not offer any other resolution to my problem other then I will be contacted in 7-10 days after the investigation. I waited on hold for 40 minutes to speak to a real manger not Angley. She was unprofessional, unhelpful, unfriendly and flat out rude. Also, I could hear the other girls in the background carrying on.
I would recommend that best buy create a waiting list for customers that order an item and did not receive the item that is out of stock. This would insure that they would receive the next available. I know my logitech revue must still be in the warehouse because the box that was shipped to my house was not large enough to ship two logitech revues. The person packing must not have realized that the quantity was 2. This can be solved by listing the quantity at the begining of the row. Beware of Best Buy's policies."
