"I ordered a case from bestbyte computers about a week ago. It came in about 5-7 days. When the case came, it was packeded decent, it looked pretty secure, except that the bottom of it was ripped and it had hole all over it. When i opened it up, it was very secured into the styrofome and did not move at all, the corners and top of the case were all protected. I took the case out of the box to find that there was a crack and the side of the case was broken from the top to about 3 inches down. I doubt that it got damaged shipping here because the box was in decent shape. I was very displeased with this. "

"I ordered The Digital Doc 5 at about 1am Monday morning. I received a confirmation email and shipping notice that same day. The item arrived on Wednesday afternoon.(2 days) A couple of the pins where the sensor probes connect were bent over, but this was due to the way the OEM packed the wires in the sealed package, not due to shipping.

"They plesently surprised me by getting my very early A.M. E.S.T. order shipped the same day, a Saturday. I chose USPS Priority shipping and with my experience with the USPS for my town I figured at the earliest I'd get the package Tuesday if I was lucky, but I got it Monday.

I inspected everything right away and all 11 items I ordered were there and in A-1 new condition. I have since tested all the items and they are okay.

I searched many web sites for the rounded cables, Enermax fans, aluminum fan adapter and other items I ordered and BestByte had the best pricing and just $5.00 for shipping was icing on the cake.

I'm very pleased with my interaction with them and won't hesitate to go to them again and tell my fellow tech associates to go to them. I wish I'd of found them sooner, I could have saved on the case I bought locally last month."

"This company sells products for cheap prices and ships quickly, but has terrible customer service. Their online ordering is laid out so you can only ship to your billing address. I sent them an email asking how to ship to my work address, after two days of no response I bit the bullet and shipped it to my home, hoping that it would still be their waiting at my apartment when I got off work. Also when I received my order confirmation email it was missing one of the fans I ordered and instead had a less expensive part. I immediately emailed them asking to include an another fan and let them know additional charges were fine. I did not receive a response. Sure enough when my order came it was missing the fan. I sent them an email asking if they received my previous email and how to exchange the part I did not need for the fan I wanted, still no response two days later. Very unsatisfied and I will not order from them again unless I am really strapped for cash and cannot find what I want elsewhere."
