"The prices are great, paying via paypal was awesome but the thing that impressed me most was the customer service.
My order showed to be delivered on a Thursday but nothing was in my box. Sunday i sent a email complaining. The sales rep contacted me and apologized and arranged for my order to ship out again. I was so surprised. As it turns out the mailman was off the day my package was to arrive and his backup delivered to the vacant office nextdoor .
I cancelled with BTS on the new order shortly before it was set to ship.

My ONLY complaint is that I paid via PayPal and they showed up as "Between the Satin Sheets, LLC" in my PayPal activity... The item was part of my Christmas for my Fiancee and we have our accounts linked for budgeting purposes so that somewhat gave away the surprise :P
