"I had this one toy in particular for a couple years, it finally pooped out on me. I originally went to a different website but after waiting forever it was no longer available. Then I came across Between the Satin Sheets and it was saying the same toy was available here. I got excited and immediately purchased. A few days later I received an email saying they couldn't provide me with the same toy because it was discontinued, however there were a couple toys like it that they recommended. One of the toys was 10 dollars more but I was more drawn to that one than the one at the same price. I asked if I could do an even exchange and she said I could. Then I couldn't decide a color and she was delighted to surprise and pick a color for me. Although I was disappointed, I received amazing customer service and even love the replacement which is the Pearly by Fun factory. It is rechargeable with a very nice charger I might add, very nice design and seven functions. It's also made in Germany which speaks well for the quality. I would definitely recommend this toy along with the company. "
