"I'll start by saying that Between the Satin Sheets is amazing and has excellent customer service. 5 stars easily.
I placed an order on I believe 12/28 and it was delivered 12/31 via USPS tracking. Unfortunately, it never showed up. I think someone in the building complex stole it. That's my best guess as I had another package delivered the same day and it never appeared either. Either that or something with USPS. Nonetheless, BtSS was very responsive and helpful in trying to help locate the package. Ultimately they ended up reshipping and I did receive the package! This is not something they had to do and I am very grateful that they took the extra step.
I have since reordered and been very pleased with the delivery time and service. Overall very pleased and this is my go to now. Anyone thinking about using Between the Satin Sheets should do so without any hesitation. You'll have a great experience. "
"The products offered on this Website are fantastic, but I had a few problems filling out my order. In the check out portion of the website. It kept saying that the email address I entered was not valid. Which ultimately made it impossible to finish the check out process. It was very early in the morning. When this happened, and I had to try two more times Throughout the day. I was finally able to finish the check process on my third attempt. Perhaps the time of day had something to do with the problem I was having. Personally, I don't I think that problem should have never been an issue. It almost made me want to seek out the products I wanted else where. When the website did work correctly. Everything was just fine. If and when these small issues are fixed. I believe this would be a great overall experience for all who shop here. "
