"Read the reviews and chose BeyondNice for my cover based on quality and price. I was concerned because I am on the opposite side of the country but this was not an issue. Customer service was very good. They kept me informed in regards to when it was completed and when it was shipped. The shipping company contacted me and we arranged for a delivery. The package was damaged on the outside but the cover was fine. It fit well which was a concern because of the rounded corners. I would highly recommend this company.

"Not sure why I had to measure exactly if they are going to make the cover bigger than I asked for. I also thought since my brand was on their site, that they would know the shape. It showed square, which mine is, only with rounded corners. Had I picked a different model, had I known, I could have gotten rounded corners. But I assumed because I was choosing our exact model that the "experts" would know what to send. Even if they had sent the rounded corners, it would still be too large by 76 Sq. In. They did offer to send me another one for 11% off. gee thanks. Also the shipping is a confusing mess. it went to Miami first, supposedly. I think it was just an excuse. We were given three different stories, and finally met the truck 15 miles from our house. Really hard to put it on your hottub and ck the fit and send it back on the truck. This was an expensive education. Buyer beware. If you want a cover that is too big, go with this company. Don't expect it to replace the one that came from your manufacturer. "

"I inquired after the cover was supposed to ship and got several garbage responses back. They claimed that at 18 work days that it was still within their 2 to 3 week window and refused to explain how 18 days were still within their window but still insisted it was. They still didn’t have a ship date at that point. I asked for a production complete / ship date estimate which they said they would give me. I only got a date after 2 more emails that went unanswered and a phone call that finally got an answer where they insisted again it was within their window. I asked numerous times to speak to a supervisor or have one get back to me. They always insisted that there was no management on site but promised to have one ge back to me which never happened! "

"The cover is a little too big to fit like the original cover, they had our model number and measurements of our spa on their website so I feel it should have been a better fitting cover. Understanding where the hinge placement is very confusing I thought I had it placed the opposite direction that the cover was shipped with. It took over the estimated time frame of 15 working days for our cover to ship which was disappointing, if we had known it was going to take that long we possibly would have went with another company. So far the cover is doing okay."
