"I am totally thrilled with my spa cap! The cover is older and splitting- looks awful and is probably leaking heat too. Since there is such a materials shortage across the country I was concerned about how long it would take. My spa cap came in just a few weeks and completely transformed the look of my spa. It is the view from my kitchen window and I am beyond relieved to have it improved. The cap fits perfectly, is easy to pull on and off and is helping the old, ripped cover retain heat. I placed my order and then had some questions. I sent an email and Sandy G. replied right away and helped me to correct my order. She put my order on hold until I could confirm my measurements and as soon as I emailed the corrections Sandy processed it.

My expected delivery time was 6 to 8 weeks which was a little distressing since my old hot tub cover skin was almost unusable, but once I confirmed the measurements the skin was on my doorstep in a week!

My new skin is terrific and fits perfectly.
