"The cover that came with our hot tub (8x8 square w/ rounded corners) was 6 yrs old and in bad shape. After a fair amount of research, including talking to a rep where we purchased the tub and our pool install, we chose Beyond Nice based on apparent quality, customer service and price. The cover arrived a couple weeks ago and it's installed, together with a new Rock-It lift. The cover works perfectly and is a huge improvement over the prior cover. We followed Beyond Nice's measurement guidelines and spoke to a rep just to confirm we were doing things right, especially regarding the corner radius measurements, which ended up being quite a bit different from the old cover. Glad we did that - the new cover fits much better than the old. Quality appears excellent and, again, the fit is spot on. The shipping experience was flawless. Since we live in a private neighborhood w/ limited access for large vehicles, we arranged for delivery to nearby family's address - no issues whatsoever. Assuming the cover is durable, we'll definitely purchase from Beyond Nice in the future."

"When I was shopping for a hot tub cover, there were a bunch of website that were over priced or kind of looked fake, kind of looked real. Beyond nice demonstrated that they don't only have a great price but they have great customer service to make you feel comfortable about your purchase so you don't have to worry about not receiving your cover. "2012 - I ordered a spa cover from Beyond Nice and the quality and fit were outstanding. Absolutely perfect.

2019 - Seven years lifetime for a spa cover in NE Ohio, not too bad. And that is where it ends. I started working with Cathy M. who was pleasant and professional. Cathy found my old spa order and duplicated that order for my new cover. I added upgrades at Cathy's suggestion. Cathy suggested a spa cap to extend the life of my cover even more. After a week or two of thinking about it, I added the cap.

Game over - When the cover arrived it was at least 1-5-2.0 inches too wide and 2.5-3.5 inches too long. The custom made spa cap came no where close to fitting. Total disaster on both products. For some unknown reason, a guy named Daniel E. started responding to my emails instead of Cathy. In the first few emails, Daniel E. was a customer service person. Later Daniel claimed to be the production manager. Sounds fishy to me. 50+ email (with many photos) Daniel continues to insist that the problem is on my end. I guess my spa got larger ? Here are the facts...the custom cover does not fit my spa. The custom spa cap does not fit my new cover. If both were custom made by Beyond Nice, shouldn't they fit each other? The kicker is that the spa cover cap fits my old spa cover. Wow...so strange? Daniel continues to insist the problem is on my end. So I spent about $700.00 with these clowns and I have two products that don't fit? Think twice about shopping here ! "
