"I ordered a bracelet on February 1, they say it takes 3 weeks to ship items. I'm writing this on March 22 and the bracelet has still not shipped. I contacted them a week ago and I was told this week the bracelet would be in. Today on march 22 they said, we just got your shipment. All this while, not a single email from them saying the shipment has delayed or anything. Just silence, only to log into my account and find that the shipment date keeps changing and still no word from them. Today, MARCH 22 I logged in again and the shipment date said March 9-12!!!!! That's weeks ago! This business is a mess!!! I ended up having to cancel my order and request a refund. Let's see how long my refund takes too"

I am also in the same boat with many here. I had purchase True Religion jeans from BTR. Prior, I've had some good and bad experiences but usually just a long wait for the product I ordered. However my last order was disappointing. I placed the order in July and on the site they had changed the delivery date 3 times. My patience had run out as it was now September and I contacted BTR customer service. They basically told me they do not track what the supplier had provided and sold. This was their response via email "..errors such as in this case are unfortunately not discovered until the supplier sends us the merchandise and we prepare to ship your order." I had asked what the repercussions were to the supplier and after 3 followups they continue to ignore me. This tells me they will not do anything and are happy they have received the money to either collect interest on or to have as cash flow and don't care about the customer. Not even any compensation for a lack of oversight and a long wait. Better to go with Amazon as they do care about their customers. Be wary of using BTR!!!"

"Under the previous ownership, BTR was an awesome and reliable source of discounted high-end goods and fashion. Regarding delivery and customer service, I found that BTR always underpromised and overdelivered. Now, it's the exact opposite, assuming they deliver anything at all. You've got a 50% chance of getting what you ordered as a lot of items seem to become "no longer available". Of course, you don't find that out until after a few months of waiting and endless inquiries. So, on to product quality. Used to be great, now not so much. Seems like most of the goods are coming from that country infamous for its knockoffs and counterfeit goods. I don't trust that anything on BTR is genuine. I'd give it zero stars if I could."

Delivery was a full month later than indicated and 2 1/2 months after my order. The first time I got caught in the rain with the bag, the finish began wearing off. I contacted them. Eight days after my inquiry, someone responded that they aren't responsible for the quality of the merchandise they sell. Buyer beware.
I've been buying from Zulily instead. The quality is better and their customer service is first rate."
"I ordered a product on January 21, 2018 with a ship date by February 12. My credit card was debited immediately. On February 13th the order was rescheduled to ship between February 21 and 25. I wanted to cancel the order. Chat was not available at 11 AM Central time on a weekday. The phone wait was more than 30 minutes so I emailed a request to cancel the order. The order shipped on February 20th and customer service replied to my email on February 22. Nine days to answer an email! When it gets here I will do a return. Yes, I made sure it was a returnable item. Meanwhile I found the product on Amazon for two thirds the price. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE."
"I order 2 items in 2016. A few weeks later they sent me an apology and stated the items were no longer available and they would issue me a credit. I never received the credit. I sent several emails and I used to get a response stating they would raise this with their executive. Now they ignore me completely.
Never trust this company! There are a lot of other companies that are good to their customers.

But if I may also add that I'm pleased with only 2 out of the 9 items I purchased. The other ones weren't quite what I expected, thought they were really real and of good quality. Shipping takes weeks and changing as well..."
