DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER...Order not received!!!
"I placed an order on Dec. 20, 2018 and it's now Jan. 29, 2019....I only received (1) item ordered. I emailed BTR on Sun. Jan. 27th and I have not received the remaining items ordered. Yesterday, Jan. 28, 2019 I did an Chat with Jay (BTR) & he assured me my order was being picked/shipped this week. Today I logged onto my acct. and the order status has not changed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"
