No Uggs for Christmas
"I ordered Ugg boots for my daughter for Christmas on 11/23/18. It is now the 21st of December and I still have not received the boots. Called customer service and the woman, whom I could barely understand, said that I wouldn't have them for Christmas. If I had not initiated the phone call I would still be wondering where the boots are. Never will order from them again."
