"Hi there! Love your site - have been a follower since the beginning - but I really find your retails are inflated and the product is just not being promoted as to what it is in all cases. I just find it's a 50/50 as to if I love it - or hate it. if I order 4 items and one is not good - I end up keeping it as the price is too cheap to return it vs. the freight. So, I have a pile now I have accumulated of brand new items that do not fit and I cannot return as the return is over 30 days - so overall - I am happy - but it is just the reuturn policy I struggle with - open to any ideas or suggestions. "As I stated to the person I called regarding my "original" order, I was not very happy at with the service. I had one of my items canceled with no reason other than out of stock, when it was in stock when I ordered, had another item canceled due to according to them it would not ship to my address, which is a military base in Afghanistan... which is funny as I then turned around an ordered it from Amazon.Com and it not only shipped but it arrived today... not sure what the issues are, but seems like the business would want to take care of those serving our country... hope it gets better..."
