"My first experience was terrible. I purchased a 12 piece chiela comforter set and it took over a month to arrive. I spent a total of 3 hours on the phone with BTR telling me to contact Canada post and vise versa. My package sat in calgary alberta for 10 days according to canada post tracking and then moved another 4 hours north of where i live to edmonton alberta. Not to mention when i finally did receive it it had a permanent stain. Very disappointed but not willing to send it back and wait another month for another damaged item. I'll make due but next time will probably shop somewhere else. I'm sure most people get good service and are happy with there experience, I unfortunately was not one of those people. "

"The length of time it takes to receive the order is now too long. When I first started to shop with BTR the length of time was reasonable. Now, it is so long that they are providing a $10 dollar bonus for the delays. Although the delays are communicated it does nothing to make it better."

"We purchased a number of items and had various problems with the order:
- shipping took 3 weeks
- the cake pop maker was used and missing the bamboo sticks
- the pink and black Muk Luks were not the size indicated when I had beyond the rack confirm the size as it was not clear. My daughter needed a medium not an xsmall as indicated on your size chart.
Disappointed. :("
