"First, my delivery was late. Second, the image on the site was not clear so the item I received was not exactly what I expected. I emailed Beyond the Rack to let them know and to request free return and only received a generic message letting me know how to proceed to return my item, at a cost of $10. Their client service department was not helpful at all.
