I am sorry to hear you feel this way though I will definitely make an exception for you as I can understand your frustration.

As per BTR’s return policy, all items that qualify for return are refundable in BTR account credit only. Items that are not eligible for return are specified as Non-Returnable in the item description at the time of purchase. Examples of non-returnable items include intimates, cosmetics, some jewelry, swimwear, luxury items, vintage goods, and most furniture.

In this case, as a onetime exception to our policy, we will be accepting your return for a full refund to your original method of payment in the amount of $47.39.

Please follow our return guidelines listed below:

You must include the packing slip with your return-we encourage you to keep a copy for your records. Please indicate the reason for return using the Reason Codes found at the top right of the packing slip.
Return the item in its original packaging, ensuring that all hangtags, boxes, plastic bags, hangers, etc. are with the item.
The item must be unused, in its original condition (other than items returned for being faulty).
Once repackaged affix the Canada Post label on the return parcel. Please keep a note of the tracking number for your records.
Please note that we do not accept returns on Intimates, Swim Wear, Earrings, Vintage, Bedding, Beauty Products and items purchased from blowout events.
Once received and assessed by our Returns Department, you will receive an email notification indicating that your return has been processed. Please be advised that the average return time frame is approximately 1-2 weeks from the date your returned parcel is received in our warehouse.

We are glad that we were able to resolve this for you and hope that you continue to be a valuable BTR customer.

Hello,
You use some very ambiguous terms in your email such as may cause, most items, many items And may have which does not sit well with me. No where in your email did you address birth defects and reproductive harm. All you addressed was cancer. Let me ask you a question, would you in all conscience use a bag like this? Seems like your downplaying the issue at hand which is that beyond the rack did not state any of these things under the item before hand. You clearly stated you don't " think" there's anything to worry about. You didn't say you are positive, which leads me to believe you have no clue. You say many companies print these labels just incase?! What makes you an authority on this issue, how can you make that statement when you in fact don't know. You stated drinking glasses and furniture but that's also very ambiguous as you didn't state specifics brands or styles. I will be returning this bag to your site as I wish to be credited for the full amount I paid including shipping, taxes etc. I do not wish to see any deductions from the total amount I paid. I am very angry by this whole incident. It seems like your just regurgitating facts that you copy and pasted. Please pass my complaint on to your management. I will be calling back beyond the rack to further voice my displeasure.

"I was extremely disappointed with this dress. I have made several purchases from BTR and have always been satisfied with the quality but they dropped the ball on this one. This is not a dress - it might be used as a sweater I guess - and it doesn't look anything like the picture represented. The sleeves aren't even long, like represented. The whole thing is of a very flimsy material and it looks as tho someone had put it in the dryer and shrunk it and caused it to be misshaped.

I will buy again from BTR because BTR always makes the purchases and the products always arrive in great shape and in a timely fashion. But I will never again purchase from the seller of this dress.
